Families can enjoy open swim sessions with waves every 30 minutes, while serious swimmers benefit from lane swimming and aqua aerobics sessions. The centre also includes a gym with cardio, resistance, and free-weight equipment, plus group exercise classes for all fitness levels — including water-based workouts that build strength and flexibility.

Swimming: The 25m pool has a gentle beach type entry, perfect for non swimmers and babies. Primarily we are a fun leisure pool, however we also have set lane swimming sessions for the more serious swimmer to complete their lengths. Our leisure pool has a wave machine operating every half an hour during open family swimming. It's fantastic fun for the whole family to enjoy.
Gym: Our equipment is a combination of machines such as treadmills, cross-trainers & rowers alongside weight resistance machines & dumbbells. A space to get some functional gym training or stretching in. Equipment includes dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and bands.
Group Exercise: Group Exercise is one of the most effective ways to get fit, lose weight, improve flexibility and sustain a healthy lifestyle. Classes are led by a professional instructor and what’s more it’s a lot of fun, with an added social element to keep you motivated and active. Water aerobics builds cardio, strength and resistance all while being easy on the joints and in a cool and relaxing atmosphere!

Food & Drinks: We sell hot drinks and snacks from the reception area and have ample seating around poolside foryou to enjoy your purchases.
Changing Rooms: Our mixed sex changing rooms have individual changing cubicles and access to disabled changing. Our lockers take a £1 coin to secure and are fully refundable.

We host fantastic swimming parties which includes use of the wave machine, flume, floats and music.

Option 1: Includes exclusive hire of the pool for one/two hour(s) on a Saturday afternoon for up to 65 people. Slots available (4.00 - 5.00pm & 4.00 - 6.00pm) £170 (1 hour) £270 (2 hours)
Option 2: Shared use of the pool on a Friday evening for 1hr 30 minutes with flume, waves, floats & music. Maximum of 12 children (excluding supervising adults). Available every Friday from 4.00 (term time only). £4.00 per child.
Option 3: Shared use of the pool available every weekend during a public session for 1hr 30 minutes, with use of the flume and waves scheduled every half an hour, maximum of 15 children (excluding supervising adults). Sessions available Saturday: 11.00am - 12.30pm or 2.00 - 3.30pm & Sunday: 11.00am - 12.30pm or 1.00 - 3.30pm. £4.00 per child.
