Swimming: There are two pools in the centre. The main pool, which is 25 metres long with 6 lanes and is 1.2 metres deep at the shallow ends and a deep section in the middle of 2 metres, and a teaching pool with a depth of 1 metre. We offer a range of activities in the pool from our water workout fitness class to lane swimming for all to specified sessions for over 60's and disabled.
Gym: Whether you are new to the gym or an experienced user, with over 70 stations we have everything to cater for your needs. Our free weights area has been carefully designed to give you the tools you need to achieve your workout goals. Get creative with your workout in our functional zone featuring a grappler, punch bag and much, much more.
Trampoline and Play Park: The Trampoline and Play Park at Carterton Leisure Centre promises a fun, family day out. Discover the main jump area, with an airbag dive tower, reactive pod, foam pit battlebeam and high 9 interactives. And when it’s time to relax, our café is the ideal spot for drinks, snacks and chats, away from all the excitement.
Soft Play: For little ones, there is a dedicated soft play area for under 12’s – including a 4-lane slide, apple orchard ball pit, rope bridge, glow room and skyglide track – as well as a special area, just for babies & toddlers.
Sports Hall: Carterton Leisure Centre boasts a brand new multi-court sports hall, offering a wide range of sports, including football, basketball, racquet sports and much more.
