Car Park :  The large car park is relatively close to the beach and beach access is straightforward.

Take the A38 from Plymouth. At Trerulefoot turn left onto the A374. Two miles after Polbathic turn left on the B3247 to Crafthole. At Crafthole turn left and follow the B3247 to Millbrook. Drive through Millbrook staying on the B3247. Shortly after Millbrook turn right and follow the road down to Cawsand Bay
