Celtic Quest Coasteering in Pembrokeshire is a specialist outdoor adventure provider with expert knowledge of Abereiddy Bay. With thrilling cliff jumps, scramble climbs, and water features, it offers unforgettable coastal adventures for all ages. Sessions finish in the iconic Blue Lagoon, a world-famous cliff diving spot.

Activities include family coasteering, children’s coasteering, adults’ coasteering, and special “Watersprouts” sessions for ages 5–8. Adventures feature cliff jumping (all optional), exploring caves, playing in water features like the “toilet flush” and “washing machine,” and rock scrambling along the coast. Every session is tailored to suit ability and confidence, with safety and fun at the heart of the experience.

Prices start from £55 per person, with group bookings of 6+ from £50 per person.

Family Coasteering: Tailored to suit your expectations and abilities. Your Coasteering Guide will lead you on an unforgettable adventure along the Pembrokeshire coast, all Coasteering sessions finish jumping in Abereiddy Blue Lagoon. Second only to safety, the top ingredient in all our activities is FUN! Your family day out could include cliff jumping starting low and working your way up (all jumps are optional), go with the flow playing in water features including ‘the toilet flush’ and ‘washing machine’, exploring caves at low tide, scramble climbing and traversing your way along the Pembrokeshire coast.
Childrens Coasteering: Celtic Quest guides are not just coasteering specialists, they are also experts at having FUN! You know all those things your parents told you not to do at the beach… scrambling climbing on the rocks, wave dodging, rock hopping, playing in the water features, cliff jumping… well that’s coasteering. An ideal day out for scouts, youth groups, schools, birthday parties, cadets, rugby clubs and more. Licensed by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority, safety is our top priority…. coming in a close second is FUN!!

Your adventure day out could include exploring caves at low tide, scramble climbing & traversing your way along the North Pembrokeshire coast, cliff jumping (all jumps are optional), go with the flow playing in water features including ‘the toilet flush’ and ‘washing machine’. Not forgetting a leap into Abereiddy Blue Lagoon.
WATERSPROUTS Coasteering: After lots of demand we have dropped our minimum age to 5 years.... WATERSPROUTS! Tailored adventures for younger children age 5-8 years. Parents and older siblings are welcome to join them, jumping into some of the bigger elements, but we are happy to take pocket-rockets along for the adventure. Focusing on water fun and confidence, we’ll head out onto the Pembrokeshire coast. Adventures include some jumping, plenty of splashing, directional floating (swimming doggy paddle style is the most efficient out there!) and scrambling about on the rocks exploring rockpools.
