Gym: Our 40 Station Gym has equipment for all your training needs! From a good range of Cardiovascular equipment that includes equipment like treadmills, bikes and stair climbers. Our fixed resistance machines will isolate and target every major muscle in the body! We have over 200kg of weights in our free weights area that include Olympic Half Rack and Flat Bench Press.
Studio: Staying motivated can be a challenge, but with a wide variety of fitness classes we offer across two studios, you'll find the perfect way to keep active for you. Whatever you’re goal, fitness or fun, we’ve got classes for the whole community. From our fundamental fitness classes to classes for older adults. We’ve got something to suit everyone.
Sports Hall: Our 4-court sports hall offers a range of activities which include badminton, walking football, netball as well as hosting birthday parties, large fitness classes, holiday activities, martial arts and more available for hire.
Swimming Pool: Our 25m, 6 lane swimming pool is unique with its double shallow ended layout, perfect for family swimming, local schools and Better Swim School lessons. However we run lane swimming sessions for those looking for a fitness swim as well as regular water workouts.
