The large, award-winning gym at Horizon Havant brings state-of-the-art wellness facilities to Havant. The gym boasts more than 160 modern work stations that replicate the action of cycling, walking, running, skating, rowing and climbing,
Alongside a large range of resistance training equipment and a superb selection of free weights, as well as designated areas to warm up, cool down and stretch. Havant Gym is staffed by friendly, fully qualified instructors.

Swimming

Horizon Leisure offers a fantastic range of aquatic activities, including, swimming, swimming lessons, parent and baby sessions, pool parties, diving lessons, junior lifesavers and synchronised swimming, as well as aquatic exercise classes.
