Gym: Haven Point has a fantastic, state of the art fitness suite featuring 86 stations. Our cardiovascular machines such as treadmills, cross trainers, cycles and steppers, along with resistance weight training equipment and a fitness rig, cater to users of all fitness levels. You must be aged 14 or over to use the gym.
Swimming: There are three pools available at Haven Point: Main pool, Learner pool & Leisure waters. The main pool is 25 metres in length and has 8 lanes. The Haven Point leisure waters include slides, sprays, a bubble spa and water play. The leisure waters are open.
Sauna and steam: You no longer need to book to use our sauna and steam room. Before entering the saunas and steam room, you will need to collect a wristband from reception - these are not transferable.
