Features

Swim: Join in on one of the most popular sports in the country! Open Water swimming boasts both physical and mental health benefits to people of all ages and abilities! We offer 3 distances to follow in the form of a 200m, 400m, and 800m. All swimmers must wear a brightly coloured swim cap.
Walks and Wildlife: The island provides a suitable breeding refuge for specialist birds, such as black - headed gull, common tern and oystercatcher. Throughout the winter many species of waterfowl visit the lake including wigeon, gadwall, tufted duck and goosander.
RYA Youth Stage 1,2 3 & 4: Please note that these courses run over 2 consecutive days from 08:30-16:30 and is catered for children aged between 8-16 years. Your child is not guaranteed a certificate at the end of the course, your child must complete the syllabus to gain a certificate.
Powerboat Level 1 - 1 Day Course: RYA Powerboat Level 1 Course costs just £140 per person for this 1-day course. This course is mainly practical based however there are some elements of theory included.
Kids Start Paddleboarding/Kayaking: Taking your first steps into the world of Stand up Paddleboarding or Kayaking! The British Canoeing Start Course is catered to young paddlers aged between 8 - 16 years who are looking to begin their paddling journey through Paddleboarding or Kayaking. We will be covering personal skills and rescue skills on the water and preparation for a paddle on the land!
H2O Afterschool Clubs: What better way to de stress and prep for the weekend than with our Friday evening ’H2O’ Club, designed for school students to be able to get outdoors or Come sail with us every Thursday at our Afterschool H2O Sailing Club — a fantastic opportunity for young people to learn, practice, and grow in a safe and supportive environment.

From M3 Junction 4a: At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Minley rd/A327. Continue down A327 for 1.7 miles. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit to continue on A327 for 0.2 miles. You need to go straight over this roundabout to head down Cricket Hill lane for 1.2 miles. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Reading Road. Continue on Reading Road for 0.5 miles then turn left onto Mill Lane. Continue down Mill Lane for 0.4 miles. At the end of the road turn right to stay on Mill Lane. Continue for 0.3 miles and we should be on your left! Upon arrival please drive down towards the centre. We have 2 car parks feel free to park in either one. If, when you arrive the car park is full, there is a public car park on the left handside as you drive in.
