Karting North East has over 20 years experience of providing karting as well as other motorised activities. The venue offers 1200 metre circuit that is fast and technical with fleet of 35 390cc karts and 15 160cc junior karts. Plus 350m junior circuit that provides a real outdoor kart racing experience for children. The venue has WW2 themed paintball facility which is the largest paintball arena in the UK. Also Archery and Tomahawk ranges within the venue area.

Prices start from £58 for Race Events Grand Prix (Mon–Thurs), £65 (Fri–Sun); Family Events from £43 for 30 minutes; Paintball at £30 per person; and Archery & Tomahawk sessions at £25 per person.

Race Events: Up to 35 drivers can race simultaneously on the 1.2-kilometre circuit using 390cc Sodi Karts.
- Grand Prix: Includes a 15-minute practice session followed by a 30-minute head-to-head race.

DIRECTIONS :

From The A1

Junction 62, take the A690 east towards Sunderland for approximately four miles, passing Houghton Le Spring. Continue until you see the brown Karting North East tourism signs and take the right-turn indicated. After joining this road you will pass the children’s farm and continue on this road to a T-junction. Turn right and follow the road to the top of the hill and turn right into Warden Law Motorsports Centre.

Take the A690 towards Houghton Le Spring and Durham. Take the turn off to the left, sign posted for the karting circuit. You will pass the children’s farm and continue on this road to a T-junction.
