Classes

Here at Lagan Valley LeisurePlex, our class timetable offers a wide range of weekly fitness classes to help you hit your health and fitness goals. From Group Cycling to Circuits, Yoga to Aquafit we have something for every fitness level and ability.
Vitality members can view all classes via the app and can book 7 days in advance. Non-members are welcome and can book 2 days in advance.

Pools

Race down our accelerating water slides, relax on the lazy river or swim under waterfalls for an unforgettable day out! Slides include The Space Bowl, The Master Blaster and Falling Rapids. Aqualand interactive play area is full of fun with its own slides, see-saws and lots more!
Suitable for children aged 8 and under. Access to Aqualand is included in all Leisure Pool Slide Sessions. Swimmers (ages 12+) can enjoy daily lane swimming in the 25metre pool. Choose from fast, medium or slow paced lanes with a maximum of four people per lane.
Lagan Valley LeisurePlex provides Council run swimming lessons for babies to adults to help swimmers of all abilities to make their first splash or progress onto more advanced courses such as lifesaving.

Sports Hall

Looking for the perfect venue to play a sport or host a special event? Look no further than our fully functioning sports hall! Activities including badminton, football, pickleball, basketball and much more.
The size of the hall also makes it the ideal venue for hosting many special events such as dance championships, sports tournaments and careers conventions. We have a range of badminton, pickleball, squash and table tennis racquets/bats/paddles available for purchase at reception or for hire.
