Enjoy a range of swimming and pool activities for you and your whole family where you can have fun and be active together. Our team follows the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework to deliver swimming lessons. We use fun and games to build water confidence from the first splash to a lifetime of loving swimming and being safe in the water. Have you had a busy day or just finished a hard workout? Why not finish it off with a lovely relaxing session in our sauna.
Fitness & Health: We're dedicated to helping our members stay active in whatever way suits them. That's why we've developed a comprehensive plan to ensure we can provide you with the support you need. We offer a range of memberships to suit you, depending on your needs, from Swim Only deals to our all-encompassing Premium Plus membership. We offer a free one-to-one support session for our members to help familiarise you with the gym, to get to know your goals and build a personalised workout plan. We work hard with the National Governing Bodies of a number of sports to fill our facilities with ideas that are fun and engaging. Badminton is an easy sport to learn and can be a very social game. The speed of the shuttlecock also makes this one of the quickest of the racket sports. It can be played at any pace making it enjoyable for all ages. We offer hire of 5-a-side football pitches seven days a week, with each session costing £84.80. We also have a basketball and netball court for our visitors to book.
