HACKING: Escorted hacks are offered on well-schooled horses and ponies across miles of unspoiled countryside. Rides follow permissive bridle paths spanning farmland, heathland, and forests, where there is usually plenty of wildlife to see. Rides involve minimal roadwork. Riding is available for children from 4 years old with no upper age limit. Beginners can start with ½-hour rides on a lead rein, providing a safe and relaxed introduction to horse riding. Parents are welcome to walk or ride alongside.
RIDING LESSONS: A range of group or private lessons is available, catering for all levels of ability. All instructors are BHS qualified, and a full-size floodlit school is provided.
