Features

  • Mountain Gondola: The Nevis Range Mountain Gondola is the only one of its kind in Britain and reaches the heights of 650m.  It was built on the north face of Aonach Mòr, the 8th highest mountain in Britain, originally as a way to transport skiers to the slopes.  The Mountain Gondola has become an amazing visitor attraction, allowing visitors to enjoy the scenic ride and absorb the stunning views and clear mountain air.  It is also widely used as a short cut by climbers to the many challenging winter climbing routes on Aonach Mòr and by hill walkers to access summer routes.  During the summer mountain bikers who ride the exciting & challenging downhill tracks use the Gondola for uplift as do paragliders on their journey to the clouds.
  • Mountain Biking: From thrilling downhill runs to flowy lower trails, Nevis Range is a mountain biker’s playground! Whether you’re hitting the Gondola Bike Uplift for world-class descents, cruising our lower trails, or sharpening your skills on the pump track and skills loops, there’s something for every rider. Get ready to ride, explore, and push your limits in the heart of the Scottish Highlands!
  • Snowsports: Make sure Scotland’s highest Snowsports destination is your choice for Skiing & Snowboarding this Winter. Our Winter season normally runs from late December – April however this can vary depending on snow conditions. Be sure to check the latest conditions on our Mountain Report. Whether you are after Snowsports lessons, equipment hire or lift passes we have got you covered at Nevis Range!
  • Mountain Walks: The mountain habitat on Aonach Mor is unique, and what better way to explore the flora, fauna and wildlife, than on foot? Whether you want to venture to one of our two mountain view points or opt for one of the many forests walks, you will be amazed by the natural beauty surrounding you!
