Public Skate: Ice skating at Oxford Ice Rink is suitable for all ages making it the perfect family activity, whatever the weather! There are sessions every day of the week throughout the day so there is always a good time to visit. Our Disco Skate sessions are extremely popular and run every Friday night 6:45pm - 8:45pm with seasonal themed nights too! Plus, you can also hire the ice for a Big Day Ice Party for your child's special occasion.
Skate Tot: Our 30-minute session aims to get your little one confident on the ice. We’ll section off an area of the ice for the class and fill it with toys and fun to get you both gliding across the ice! When the class is over, you’ll be able to stay on the ice for the remainder of the public session to practice your skills.
Skating Parties: Our parties give you 30 mins of private use of quarter of the ice rink with a host. We’ll provide penguin skating aids, ice hockey sticks, sledges and other toys for the party. As well as your party of up to 10 children, 5 adults can also skate during the party. After you party, your group can all stay on for the following public session.
Friday Skate Disco: Are you ready for the coolest party in town? Then why not join us for an unforgettable evening on the ice. With your favourite tunes spinning all night long and the lights glittering on the ice we are sure you will be gliding and twirling to the beat in no time.
Skating Lessons: Oxford Ice Rink offers skate lessons for all ages and skill levels. Adult group lessons are held on Mondays at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 10:30 am (£47.50/month), while children under 17 have sessions on weekend mornings (Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 am) (£41.25/month), with older kids having an option to join Monday evenings. One-to-one or small group lessons are also available at personalized times, tailored to individual goals—whether progressing through badge levels or working on specific skills. For toddlers (under age 5), Skate Tots offers a term-time, pay-as-you-go program on Monday mornings, 10:00–11:30 am, including a 30-minute coached session, free skate hire, and skate aids for just £5.55 per week.

Your party will get exclusive access to our Party Room for 1 hour, but also 30 minute private skate where they will have the ice all to themselves, but also a 45 minute public skate!
