Parliament Hill Lido: The Parliament Hill Lido is a 60-metre long open-air, chlorinated swimming pool, open 365 days a year. It offers a unique year-round outdoor swimming experience and is one of the most iconic lidos in the UK.
Sauna: The Lido Sauna operates during the winter season only. Sauna tickets are available to adults (18+) and must be purchased in addition to a swimming ticket or season pass. Tickets are sold per one-hour session, with a maximum of 30 tickets per session, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each swimmer may purchase one ticket per session, and tickets for the first session are available when the Lido opens.
Weather Policy: The Lido stays open in all weather except during very high winds and thunderstorms. If swimming is temporarily suspended due to stormy weather, affected swimmers will be transferred between booked and drop-in sessions. Refunds are only issued if the Lido closes entirely.
Swimwear Guidelines: Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Neoprene boots, gloves, and wetsuits are permitted. Standard snorkels and face masks are not allowed, though full-face snorkel masks may be used for lane swimming at the discretion of lifeguards. Flotation devices and swimming aids are allowed in the shallow end only.
