SWIMMING: Pendle Leisure Trust has three pools providing public swimming, water-based exercise classes, swimming lessons, crash courses and parent and baby sessions, as well as fun for all the family with giant inflatable sessions. Pendle Wavelengths in Nelson, has a leisure pool with roof-high slide and waves; Pendle Leisure Centre in Colne, has a traditional 25m swimming pool and 10m learner pool and West Craven Sports Centre in Barnoldswick, has a traditional 25m swimming pool and learner pool.
