Nature Reserve: Rye Harbour Nature Reserve is one of the largest and most important wildlife sites in England, set in an exceptional coastal and wetland landscape and home to more than 4,355 species of plants and animals including 300 that are rare or endangered.
Discovery Centre: The Discovery Centre is accessible to all and open daily from 9.30am to 4.30pm (café last orders at 4.15pm). The Lime Kiln Café offers a seasonal menu of hot and cold food and drinks, that can be enjoyed with stunning views across the saltmarsh.
Activity trails: With over 800 acres of stunning landscape to explore, why not pick up one of our handy activity trails to help you discover the nature reserve. We’ve created ten different trails, so whether you’re a family with kids to entertain or you’re hoping to spot some of the rarer birds or flowers, there’s something for everyone.
