South Wales Karting Centre have range of karts to suit both beginners and experienced.
Minimum drive age is 8 years but they have a Twin Seater Kart for children under the age of 8 or those below the height limit.
Situated near Llandow in the Vale of Glamorgan, 15 milesSouth West of Cardiff, South Wales Karting Centre is one of the largest, fastest and most exciting circuits in Wales.

What to see

Arrive & Drive:
Individuals & Small Groups- Range of karts to suit both the novice driver and experienced.These karts are also used for corporate events. All karts(160cc Four Stroke Honda powered karts) have a full protective wrap around & reach speeds of up to 45 mph on the 850 metre corporate circuit.All drivers must be a minimum of 8 years old and a height of at least 1.39 metres (4ft 6in). All safety equipment including overalls, helmet and gloves are provided but please ensure you come wearing foot covering shoes.

Parties & Corporate Events: Grand Prix,75 Minute Endurance Race,2 X 20 Minute Races all for 16+

Kids Karting:
Junior Race School(8 – 14 years)
South Wales Karting Centre’s Junior Race School has helped hundreds of drivers take their first steps into kart racing. Our comprehensive six lesson course gives our students all the tools they need to set them on their way to the chequered flag on the1050 metre MSA race circuit.Students may bring their own karts if they wish.Race school lessons take place on Sunday mornings although we do run evening lessons during the summer holidays.
Bambino Tuition(6-8 years old)
Get a head start on the competition with exclusive 1 on 1 tuition in our full race prepared bambino kart. It’s the perfect after school activity.
Exclusive use of the 1050 metre MSA race circuit.

Owner Drivers:
Owner drivers are welcome to South Wales Karting Centre both for testing and racing.The venue hosts a monthly IKR (non-MSA) Sprint Series for all classes as well as a monthly 3, 4 or 6 hour Endurance races for Prokarts.All karts are welcome from bambino to gearbox.

Birthday Party Details

Add some extra horsepower to your birthday at South Wales Karting Centre.

Each child is given full safety tuition and exclusive use of the circuit.
All safety equipment is provided and drivers are guided by our fully qualified race marshals.
Birthday parties are available evenings, weekends as well as day times during the school holidays.
8-14 years old and a minimum height of 1.39 metres (4ft 6in).
Each driver gets 3 x 10 minute sessions on circuit with breaks in between.
Room is available if you want to bring your own party food and cake!
Pre-booking is essential and a £10 deposit from every driver MUST be received in advance.
