Swimming Pools: Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre offers two heated indoor swimming pools: a 25-metre, six-lane main pool with depths from under a metre to two metres, and a smaller 13-metre learner pool with a shallow, gently sloping floor.
Hydrotherapy Pool: Our deck-level Hydrotherapy Pool measures 9.5 by 5 metres and is kept at a therapeutic temperature of around 34–36 °C. It's fully accessible, with advanced hoist facilities to support safe entry and exit.
Fitness Class Studio: Our light and spacious main studio provides a versatile environment for a variety of classes. With its smooth vinyl flooring and adaptable layout, it offers a comfortable space for movement and training year-round.
Group Cycle Studio: Our group cycle studio is designed to create an energising and immersive workout experience. Offering a dedicated space where music, lighting, and equipment combine to keep motivation high from the first pedal to the last.
Gym: Our gym offers a welcoming, well-equipped space for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced trainers. Spread across clearly defined zones, it provides a mix of cardiovascular machines, strength equipment, and free weights, allowing you to tailor your workout to your goals.
