The Georgian House is an 18th century, six-storey townhouse in the centre of Bristol that has been restored and decorated to its original glory.

Getting here on foot: Halfway along Park Street on Great George Street, about a five to 10 minute walk from the city centre.

Getting here by bus: Bus numbers 1, 2, 8, 9, 16, 19, 40, and 41 all travel up Park Street and from the Clifton Triangle.

Getting here by car: The museum is around two miles from the M32 on Great George St (BS1 5RR). You can park in any of the city car parks but the closest two are College Street (BS1 5UY) and Trenchard Street (BS1 5AN), both about a five minute walk away. Use the drive section of the TravelWest website to check for their locations and facilities.

Getting here by boat: You can catch a ferry from Bristol Temple Meads and Hotwells to the city centre, which is a five minute walk away. Boats run every 40-50 minutes – visit the Bristol Ferry Boats website for timetables and fares.

Getting here by train: Bristol Temple Meads train station is a 25 minute walk away. A number of buses run from Bristol Temple Meads to the city centre, around a five minute walk away.

Getting here by coach: The museum is around two miles from the M32 on Great George St (BS1 5RR). Coaches can drop off in Park Street or Great George Street. Please note Park Street is a very busy road and Great George Street has limited maneuvering space.
