Description
The Whitchurch Treasure Trail is a fun self-guided spy mission adventure set in the quaint town of Whitchurch. It invites participants to explore the town while solving clues to stop a hidden device planted by a mischievous mastermind. Combining storytelling, sightseeing and puzzle-solving, it offers an engaging outdoor activity for families and friends.
The trail starts near the Community Centre and Library by the Silk Mill and follows a 2-mile circular route through Whitchurch’s scenic meadows, riverside paths and town centre. Along the way, participants solve clues hidden on buildings, monuments and permanent features as part of a spy mission themed walking trail. The experience takes around 2 hours to complete at your own pace, is suitable for ages 6–106, includes a mobile text clue service, and all successful teams are entered into a £100 monthly prize draw.
The trail costs £9.99 GBP per Trail booklet, with one booklet recommended for a group of 4–5 people. Treasure Trails can also be used for birthday adventures, where teams explore the route, solve clues and complete the mission together, with adult supervision recommended for younger participants.
