Touring & Camping Information: Warren Farm accepts touring caravans, motorhomes, campervans, tents, trailer tents, and tent boxes. Three types of pitches are available: Grass, Hardstanding, and En-Suite Super Pitch. All pitches include electric hook-up, and are spacious and level with plenty of room to park a vehicle alongside the unit. Pitches measure approximately 9m x 9m, accommodating very large tents up to this size.
- En-Suite Pitches For Touring & Camping: Field 5 features three En-Suite Super Pitches suitable for caravans, motorhomes, or tents. A tarmac area accommodates the vehicle, caravan, or motorhome, while rubber matting is provided for the tent or awning.
- Seasonal Touring Pitches: A waiting list for seasonal touring pitches is currently open. Interested visitors can complete the online form to join the list.
- Static Caravan Hire Information: Modern static caravans for hire are located in an exclusive area near the beach and close to facilities including The Beachcomber, Play Barn, and local shops. A three-night minimum stay applies, and bookings can start on any day.
On-Site Activities:
- Play Barn: The Play Barn is a large indoor complex providing entertainment for all ages, ideal for rainy days. Facilities include an amusement arcade, pool table lounge, and a free soft play area for younger children. Games include 2p machines, air hockey, teddy grabbers, dance mat, racing games, fruit machines, and ten-pin bowling.
- Meet The Animals: Visitors can meet donkeys Danny and Luna in their paddock and hold a guinea pig at Pets Corner every Saturday at 4pm from the end of March to the end of October.
- Games Field: The Games Field features football and basketball facilities within a safe, fenced environment. An Adventure Play Trail and Zip Line provide additional fun for older children and adults. Outdoor gym equipment is located near the Fishing Lake.

- Free Children's Activities: During May Half Term and Summer Holidays, a schedule of free children’s activities is available, including inflatables, bouncy castles, Kids Club, tractor rides, family shows, and a film club. A newsletter provides the daily activity schedule.
- Fishing: A three-acre Fishing Lake is stocked with coarse fish including carp, roach, bream, rudd, and tench. Fishing is free for on-site visitors with a permit collected from the on-site tackle and bait shop, J.T. Angling. No prior booking is required.
- Farm Walk: The Farm Walk allows visitors to explore hundreds of acres of countryside, including working farmland, fields of crops, ponds, and the River Axe. The trail is marked with red footprints on the Park Map and features rustic play equipment and information boards.
- Brean Beach: Seven miles of golden sand make Brean Beach the perfect family outing location, just a short walk from Main Reception. Beach footpaths are accessible from the Sunnyside entrance and Static Park, ideal for seaside walks and ice cream stops.
