The Mazes: York Maze is famous for the giant Maize Maze, the largest in Europe, but we also boast many other curious maze based attractions for you to puzzle over. The giant “maize maze” is a living growing maze made from over 1 million maize plants covering an area larger than 8 Wembley football pitches!!
Active Fun: Time to burn off some some energy in our range of faster paced more physical attractions. Race your friends round the Cobstacle Course, jump for joy on the Popcorn Pillow, scale the Volcorno, pick your way through the climbing zone, and zoom down the Corn Snake Tower slides - phew!
Having a Laugh: Don't miss these amazing and unique family rides, shows and attractions, guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
Take It Easy: Take your time and enjoy our more gentler paced attractions. You've navigated your way through the mazes, burnt off some energy on the active fun attractions and had a laugh with Kernel Kernel and the scarecrows.

Parking: All parking at York Maze is free. Blue Badge parking is available on the first two rows next to the entrance.
Food & Drinks: Food & Drink is available at The Terrace Cafe and Fodder Barn.
Toilets: There are accessible toilets and baby changing facilities, accessible to everyone in all of our toilet areas.
Dogs: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Please clear up after your dog.

Driving: York Maze is located on the outskirts of York just off the A64 ring road. Follow the signs for York Maze. Our postcode YO19 5LT covers range of properties, there are big green YORK MAZE signs at our entrance. If you are getting dropped off please drive all the way into the car park before being dropped off.
Bus: Buses are operated by York Pullman. Bus No36 stops at York Maze when we are open (not Sundays). Please address any queries to York Pullman directly.
Walk/Cycle: If you would like to cycle or walk to the maze there are a couple of route options. Avoiding busy roads you can follow the Minster Way from York via Heslington and the University of York.
