Welcome to Chase Grammar School - an academic and caring community for 3-19 year olds, with a small family feel. They have big ambitions and a big heart for all of our students. They offer a broad curriculum for the 21st century which promotes the academic achievement, personal development and global citizenship of all students at A level, GCSE, and throughout our school, in small, focused classes. The distinctive Chase Passport is used by students throughout the school to set themselves challenges and to plan personal targets to develop each of nine character strengths which we believe are central to success in the 21st century

They teach a stimulating, personalised curriculum designed to promote the academic achievement and personal development of all students in small focused classes from nursery to A Level, culminating in public examinations at GCSE and A Level, with IELTS and the International Foundation Diploma offered to international students.Business and Economics, Computer Science, Art & Photography, Music, Drama, Psychology, Sport, a choice of five modern languages (French, German, Mandarin, Russian and Spanish), as well the core areas of Mathematics, Sciences, English, Humanities and Performing Arts, Careers, P.E. and Wellbeing are also taught throughout the school.

ENRICHMENT & EXTENSION
All of our Chase Grammar Prep students enjoy a rich and vibrant programme of enrichment clubs. These take place every day and change every term. Junior students are invited to our half-termly faculty-led Able, Gifted and Talented opportunities which encourage problem-solving skills, creativity and resilience. Finally, we run a comprehensive School Leader programme to develop students’ sense of collective responsibility, empathy and leadership skills.

TRIPS & VISITS
Students at Chase benefit from a wide-ranging offer of international, national, cultural, educational and leisure trips.  Every Saturday all students are invited to join in the weekly outing or leisure activity, and students are regularly taken to participate in academic, sporting and other interests and competitions on weekday evenings and at weekends.

Scholarships

SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships of between 10% - 50% are awarded to students who are academically gifted or demonstrate great potential in sport, the creative or performing arts. Awards, which may be accompanied by a fee remission, are made on the basis of demonstrable aptitude, observable motivation and assessed potential.
