The Gregg School is a co-educational independent school for girls and boys aged 11-16, with a roll of approximately 360 students.

Things to note

Activities take place before school starts in the morning, at lunchtimes and after school.

Activities vary from term to term and a new co-curricular schedule is published at the start of each term.

Supervised study sessions are held on all school days from 4.00pm until 5.00pm. 

Late buses operate on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings on reduced routes enabling students staying for clubs and activities to travel home on school transport.

Admission Details

DISCOVER: You can request a prospectus, visit the school and speak to the Headteacher to find out about School.

APPLY: Please complete and return the Application Form with £100 fee for the Entrance Assessment and fill in the Scholarships Application Form if you would like to put your child forward for a Sport, Music or Art Scholarship.

ATTEND: Please contact the Registrar team if you would like your child to take the Entrance Assessment on Saturday 28th January 2023. The Art and Music Scholarships will take place on Saturday 21st January 2023. All applications for the Entrance Assessment Day as well as the Sport, Art and Music Scholarships must be returned by Friday 6th January 2023.

Fees

Fees are £4,853 per term (£14,560 per annum), payable on or before the first day of term.

Scholarships

A small number of academic, art, music and sports scholarships are awarded each year, which attract a reduction in fees of between 10%-33%. Entry into the Academic Scholarship is automatic for those entering the main Entrance Assessment day. Those wishing to apply for the Art, Music or Sports Scholarships need to complete and return the Scholarship Application Form by Friday 6th January 2023 in advance of the Entrance Assessment day which will take place on Saturday 28th January 2023. The Art and Music Scholarships will take place on Saturday 21st January 2023.
