  • By Coach: There is good access for coaches to drop off passengers and park close to the Bristol Packet Ticket Office at SS Great Britain Parking. This short stay car park is Pay & Display and does not accept card payments. Payment can be made with cash (COINS ONLY) or via the RingGo app. Maximum stay 5 hours. There is limited parking available for coaches around the Harbour, but for boat trips from the Watershed Pontoon or City Centre Landing stages, coaches can access Canons Way and Explore Lane (next to Millennium Square Car Park) to drop off and collect their passengers.
  • By Bus: All public trips depart from Bristol Packet Ticket Office on the quayside at Wapping Wharf, Gas Ferry Road, Bristol BS1 6UN. The closest bus stop is the ‘SS Great Britain’ stop (6 minutes walk) which is included on the M2 Metro Bus route. This service runs Monday to Saturday (NOT SUNDAYS) from 07:00 until 20:49. There are several bus routes that stop on Broad Quay in the City Centre. This is 15 minutes walk away from Bristol Packet Ticket Office, and is close to the most common departure points for private bookings at the Watershed Pontoon and Welsh Back Landing.
  • By Train: The City’s main railway station, Bristol Temple Meads is conveniently located close to the Harbour.
