Description

Castell Caernarfon is recognised around the world as one of the greatest buildings of the Middle Ages. This fortress-palace on the banks of the River Seiont is grouped with Edward I’s other castles at Conwy, Beaumaris and Harlech as a World Heritage Site. But for sheer scale and architectural drama Caernarfon stands alone.

The Eagle Tower, with its three great turrets and 18-feet thick walls, is the crowning glory of Castell Caernarfon. It was here that the most illustrious residents of the royal palace would sleep in lofty splendour. The castle was born out of bitter war with Welsh princes. So of course its immense curtain walls and daunting King’s Gate were designed to withstand assault.

Price starts from £14.50 for Adults, £10.10 for Children(5-17) and £46.40 for Family. If you are looking for Best place for day out with kids and families then this is the perfect destination offering fun, adventure, and unforgettable memories for everyone.
