What to see

Dinosaur Expeditions Centre
The Dinosaur Expeditions, Conservation and Palaeoart Centre opened in 2013 at the Dinosaur Farm, on the Military Road near Brighstone, Isle of Wight. It has displays of Isle of Wight and international dinosaur fossils, a Palaeoart exhibition, a variety of children’s activities and a fossil gift shop.

Fossil Hunting Trips
The Isle of Wight is widely regarded as the best place in Europe to find dinosaur fossils. Although fossils can be found all over the United Kingdom and Europe, there are few places that members of the public can go to find their own fossilised dinosaur remains.

The Dinosaur Explorers Club
The club helps younger fossil enthusiasts (from 5-17 years old) to find out more about fossils. They hold monthly meetings at the Centre where members can show their latest fossil finds to each other, go on Fossil Trips, get practical tips on looking after and identifying fossils and learn about the latest discoveries.
