Bouldering: Bouldering is an exciting and accessible style of climbing that’s perfect for climbers of all skill levels. Unlike traditional climbing with ropes and harnesses, bouldering involves climbing close to the ground with crash mats for safety. Outside of children’s lessons, the beginner area is open for drop-in sessions, so you can climb at your own pace. Take a break in the Rock Hard Coffee Lounge for a freshly brewed coffee and light bite, while kids enjoy the sensory area and reading library.
Beginner Taster Session: Designed to help novices take their first steps in climbing. Whether looking to start a new hobby or just have a fun day out, this session is a great introduction. The 30-minute coaching will cover the basics, from warming up to essential climbing techniques.
Beginner / Improver Course: The Beginner/Improver Course is perfect for climbers of all levels, from absolute beginners to those looking to improve. With a structured progression system and five levels to work through, the course includes coaching and a nationally recognized award in bouldering (NICAS).
Adult Beginner Climbing Course with NICAS: This course is designed for adults who are new to climbing or want to improve skills. Whether just starting or looking to hone technique, the course includes coaching in small groups. Work through five levels of structured progression with NICAS accreditation, earning certificates as milestones are achieved.
Private Coaching: Private coaching sessions are ideal for climbers looking for personalized instruction. Whether wanting to work on specific skills or improve overall technique, experienced coaches are available to help reach climbing goals.
Ladies Climb: Sessions are aimed at beginner and improver female climbers. If wanting to try bouldering, this is the perfect opportunity! Enjoy free coaching in a supportive and empowering environment, and take climbing skills to the next level. A one-on-one session is also available with the Beginner Taster Session.
Children’s Climbing Sessions: A wide range of climbing activities for children is offered, including, Parent & Toddler sessions, Rock Stars Children’s Lessons, Half-Term Climbing Camps, and Birthday Parties. The children’s climbing programme is designed to be fun, educational, and safe. Plus, Unlimited Climbing for Ages 7–17 is available, along with a free parent workshop to help support a child’s climbing journey
