FORT LUCAN Adventureland is Dublin’s biggest Adventure playground since 1993. The home of fun & adventure. Generations of children have come to Fort Lucan to seek adventure and excitement. Set within a huge wooden Viking Fort, the centre provides hours of outdoor fun for children aged between 2 and 12 years.

Crazy Golf: Kids can challenge their parents and their friends on our Viking Themed Crazy Golf. Putt around bends, up hills, through towers, chopping blocks and more.
The Pirate Ship: A’hoy there shipmates. Sail under the Jolly Rodger and explore our incredible Pirate Ship. Young Captains and First Mates can let their imaginations soar across the high seas as they clamber up and down nets, slide away to escape the landlubbers and balance between decks. while they steer the giant galleon on her maiden voyage.
Helter Skelter: Standing at 15 metres tall, the Helter Skelter is even taller than our water slides. It's one of our top attractions here at Fort Lucan so you best not miss it! Just check out our video to get a full feel of the ride.
The Raging River: Two massive waterslides with awesome bends, twists and drops... Hold on tight as you are launched into the twisting and disorientating blue tunnel or catch some air on the red watercoaster.
The Waterfall: Our famous Waterfall is an exhilarating drop into a pool of water... The children on board are on a safe and secure boat, but on some occasions the children can get very very wet, so be sure to bring a change of clothes.
Adventure Playground: Our huge Adventure Playground covers an area of approximately 2 acres, making it one of the biggest in the country! A really good adventureplayground should provide enough stimulation for a child’s imagination that they can play for hours.
Junior Area: There are mini go karts, mini ziplines, mini climbing frames and of course, mini slides. There are swings and castles too.

Babies aged: 24 months and under are free.

Raging River: €5 per raft, each raft takes 2 children.

School Tour: €28 per child which allows full access to everything in the park (including Raging River, Waterfall and Helter Skelter)

Fort Lucan does not organise birthday parties etc, however you are welcome to book in online and hold the party yourself in Fort Lucan.
It is €50 per 3.5 hour session for the room ONLY, and must be booked in advance online.

By Bus:

From Lucan: Leaving Lucan, drive over the Liffey Bridge, The other side of the bridge, drive straight up the hill, Drive through the first roundabout, At the second roundabout, turn right, Take the next turn right. At the end of the road, turn right again and we are on the right!
From The West: Take exit 4A off the N4, Follow road to bottom of the hill and turn left at the petrol station. Follow road into Lucan Village. At the traffic lights, turn left. (Once you turn left here, you should have the village green on your right), Follow the road through the village to a small roundabout at the Ulster Bank. Turn left at this roundabout. Drive over the Liffey Bridge and turn immediately right. Follow this road for about 1km and take the first turn left. This is a very tight turn, up a steep hill. We are at the top of the hill!
