Our dedicated team ensures that you have a safe and memorable time interacting with our furry friends. You'll have the chance to meet and interact with a variety of small animals such as guinea pigs, rats, chickens, ferrets and our European eagle owl, Bovril. Our team will guide you through the encounter, ensuring a fun and educational experience.
Soft Play Barn: Climb, Slide and Bounce in Our Soft Play Area! Perfect for younger visitors, our soft play area offers safe, indoor fun with plenty of space to crawl, climb, and explore. Conveniently located by the Macaws and the Tractor Ride station, it's a great spot for little ones to enjoy some active play—rain or shine—while grown-ups take a breather nearby.
Tractor rides: Embark on a thrilling tractor ride adventure through our scenic fields and get up close and personal with our amazing animals. Our tractor rides are part of the Gold ticket experience and offer a unique way to learn about and interact with our friendly creatures. This activity is seasonal and is weather dependant for our visitors, our staff and our animals safety. Our tractor rides offer more than just a tour - you'll have the chance to learn about our animals from our interactive speaker system. Listen carefully as you'll be quizzed at the end!

Acres of Glamping is set on the grounds of Greenacres Animal Park, 15 minutes from Chester. Each of the bell tents comes fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with cosy beds, electric, a mini kitchen corner and a fire pit/BBQ for spending time in the outdoors. Experience the best of both worlds with a touch of luxury in the great outdoors.
Play areas: Entertain your little ones with our indoor soft play area, perfect for keeping them active and engaged (suitable for ages 7 and under). Mini Tractors: Little drivers can climb aboard and take the wheel on our brand-new tyre track course, specially built for our mini tractors! Animal Feeding: Bags of animal feed are available in our online when purchasing tickets and at the entrance for £1 for you to interact with our animals during your visit. Throughout the year, you could be able to feed our Pigs, our Bactrian Camels, our Ducks and our variety of hooved animals, such as our Pygmy Goats, Bagot Goats, Miniature Zebu Cattle, Mediterranean Miniature Donkey, Alpaca, Shetland Pony, American Miniature Horse and Cameroon Sheep. Our Emu can also be fed with the 'Green' labelled food.
Keeper for a Day: Are you ready to dive into the world of wildlife conservation and care? Our Keeper for a Day experiences are designed for animal lovers of all ages who want to get an up-close and personal look behind the scenes at our park. Our Keeper For A Day experiences include complimentary SILVER Admission for the participant and accompanying adults for the remainder of your day when the park is open!

Picnic Areas: Brought your own pack lunch? No problem! We have a range of sheltered and outside picnic areas available throughout the park for you to enjoy. Don't forget to wash your hands before eating, and use our array of bins around the site to dispose of your rubbish.
Gift Shop: Located at our exit, or as a pit stop during your visit, we have our Gift Shop. Find your next animal teddy for your collection, a new toy for your child to play with, or a gift for a loved one, our Gift Shop has something for everyone. Toilets: Rest assured that convenient toilet facilities are readily available at Greenacres Animal Park. We provide accessible toilets for all visitors, as well as a dedicated mother & baby room for added comfort and convenience. They are all located by the entrance to the Lemur house.
Baby Changing: Baby change facilities are available both in our Hand Washing area directly across from the entrance kiosk, our Soft Play Barn located next to our parrots, as well as our dedicated Mother&Baby Room located in between our toilets and Lemur House.
