Hemsley Conservation Centre in Kent is a small but mighty wildlife park focused on the conservation of rare and endangered animals. With over 40 unique species, it’s a peaceful and educational place that’s perfect for visitors of all ages. Open daily from 10am to 4pm, it offers memorable wildlife experiences in a natural setting.

Guests can encounter species like meerkats, lemurs, tapirs, porcupines, squirrel monkeys, and rusty‑spotted cats, among many others. Enjoy animal experiences, the Shadow a Keeper programme for adults, and the VIP Discovery Tour which includes breakfast and hands-on animal interaction. Daily keeper talks and a visit to the Rainforest Tearooms complete the visit.

Admission is £16.77 for adults, £12.05 for children (2–14), and £15.72 for seniors (60+).

Birthday party packages include a host, enrichment activities, bug encounters, crafts, food, and all-day zoo access, starting from £270 for ten children. Animal Experiences: Come face to face with our animals in some of our incredible animal experiences, some of which are completely unique,
Shadow A Keeper: The shadow a keeper experience lets the adults get their hands dirty! Our shadow keepers will join a member of our team in helping care for a wide range of animals here at the centre, and learning about what it takes to look after them!
Discovery VIP: The Discovery VIP Tour Package lasts for 1hr 30 minutes, in which time you will have a continental breakfast and a dedicated keeper introduce you to some of our amazing and endangered animals! You will get a chance to personally meet and feed our animals and learn a little bit more about them!
