Gym: Our newly refurbished fully equipped, air-conditioned gym offers a range of fitness equipment for everyone. Our members can choose from cardiovascular machines such as cross trainers and rowers, a dedicated functional area, resistance equipment and a separate free weights section.
Swimming: Swimming is great at any age. Whether you want to improve your technique, get fit, meet new friends, compete or have fun, you're sure to find a pool session that you'll love. The pool is 25 metres long, with 4 lanes and a changing village located next to the pool side.
Fitness Classes: The studio is bright with mirrored walls and fully air conditioned. It has a powerful sound system to ensure you are pushing hard through your class. We offer 28 classes a week, ranging from cardio, circuits, dance, cycling and yoga.
Swim School: Lessons are delivered on a rolling programme that allows pupils to join at any stage and progress at their own pace. For those who want to make waves quickly, one-to-one lessons are available, as well as intensive courses during the holidays. Our lessons operate for 50 weeks of the year with a gap in lessons over the Christmas period.
Racquets: Racquet sports are a great way to stay fit and have a catch up with friends at the same time. Courts may be booked for play during centre opening times and racquets are available to hire. Choose from: Badminton (4 courts) / Squash (2 courts).
Sauna and Steam Room: Located on pool side there is a sauna cabin and steam room. They are open during public swimming sessions.

Active Reality Parties: From 10 minutes to 75 minutes you can book what suits you at Active Reality Henley. Situated in our upstairs multi function room, Active Reality is like Virtual Reality but 10x the experience! So let's take a step back and explain what Virtual Reality (VR) is first.
Pool Parties: Make a splash and hire out our swimming pool for a birthday party. You will get exclusive use of the pool for 1 hour with floats and toys followed by 1 hour on a sports hall court for food, drink and games. Cost £250
Bouncy Castle Party: Have endless fun by booking out our jungle themed bouncy castle in our sports hall. 2 hour slots available with the hall for use with tables and chairs. Cost: £250
