Memberships start from £28.99 per month for individuals and £42.99 for families, with day-use options also available. Party packages include soft play and bouncy castle hire from £58.00 per hour, or full party setups with slides from £116.45 per hour.

Swimming Pools

Inverness Leisure has 2 large swimming pools so that we have something for everyone regardless of whether it is serious lane-swimming in our competition pool or a fun-family day out in our leisure pool. With one of the largest swimming lesson programmes in the country.
Inverness Leisure’s Swim Team Teach over 2,000 children to swim every week. If you are looking to relax after your swim, then you can head up to the Health Suite with its steam room, sauna, spa bath and large relaxation area. Just what you need after a long day.

Fitness Suite

Inverness Leisure is proud to boast the biggest fitness and exercise programme in the Highlands of Scotland. Our gym is open from very early in the morning until late at night and unlike many other fitness facilities. We have the biggest and best Strength & Conditioning area around.
We now have up to 8 double racks , 20 metre track , and a host of conditioning equipment to meet your needs. We know that our Studio Programme is the biggest in the Highlands, but we also believe that it’s the best!

Personal Training

Here at Inverness leisure we pride ourselves in providing our customers with the highest standard possible at affordable prices. We ensure that all of our staff are highly qualified to enhance your experience and enjoyment.
All of our Fitness Consultants have a minimum of a level 3 personal training qualification and specialise in many different areas such as weight loss, cancer/cardiac rehabilitation and sports specific training.

Health Suite Spa

Why not relax and unwind in our Health Suite Spa area at Inverness Leisure. Whether you’re just coming to kick back and relax after a long day at work or to recharge your batteries having taken part in one of Inverness Leisure’s fitness activities.
This area has a sauna, steam room, spa bath and large relaxation area overlooking the leisure pool as well as staff on hand throughout the day to help and assist you.

Running Track

The Queens Park Athletics Stadium is adjacent to the Sports Centre featuring a 400m, 8 lane synthetic all-weather track with floodlighting and seating for over 500 spectators. Being the home of local running club the Inverness Harriers the stadium is fully equipped for major athletics training and competition, including photo finish and public address systems.
The track at Inverness Leisure is available for casual public use when it is not in use for events or club/group activities as well as offering a large outdoor activity area for other individual events or to compliment an event being held within the leisure centre.

Sports Hall

Being the largest leisure facility in the Highlands, Inverness Leisure is able to promote a large sports hall, a full-size outdoor athletics track and a number of smaller ancillary rooms for sport, leisure and activities. Inverness Leisure is the home venue year-in, year-out for many Inverness and Highland sports clubs.
Our sports hall is able to accommodate a huge number of sports including football, basketball, netball, hockey, badminton, mini-tennis, pickleball, gymnastics, trampoline and martial arts to name only a few.
