Lollipops & Ladybirds is a cosy creative studio in Old Cwmbran where families can capture memories and enjoy hands-on activities. It’s a place for children, adults, and even pets to create unique keepsakes. The studio has been a hub for pottery painting, casting, and parties for over 10 years.

The venue offers pottery painting starting from £10, along with 3D casting, clay impressions, and outprints that preserve handprints, footprints, and paw prints. Special keepsake jewellery and personalised pottery with prints are also available. Free parking is close by, and the studio is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 3pm.

Prices include pottery painting from £10, 3D casting from £109, paw prints from £18, clay impressions from £75, and outprints from £39. Party packages such as Pottery Painting or Foam Clay cost £150 for up to 10 children, with £15 for each additional guest.

3D Casting: We are delighted to offer our customers this beautiful range of keepsakes. 3D casting is the perfect way to capture every wrinkle & dimple of your baby's hands & feet. Suitable from newborn, you can treasure their tiny fingers & toes forever. That said, there is no upper age limit with casting so if you have older children, siblings, even Grandparents who would like to get involved, we have a 3D casting keepsake to suit everyone.
Paw Prints: We capture paw prints from your fur baby to create keepsakes that any dog owner will love. Doggy outprints really capture the detail of their pads and each individual claw. They are available as a free-standing plaque or framed. We are often asked to capture babies and dogs together on the same plaque. Your prints can be framed with or without a photograph (you supply the photo).
Paint Your Own Pottery: Pottery painting is a lovely activity enjoyed by children & adults alike. Our cosy studio offers a wide range of pottery items which are available to paint. We have sponges, stencils and design books to help you with inspiration if you need it. Wifi is also available to search the internet for great design ideas. Prices for pottery painting start from £10 and, unlike many ceramic studios, we do not charge additional fees for paint, glaze & firing. The price for your pottery is complete.
Clay Impressions: As your child grows, you will look at new babies and wonder whether yours was ever that tiny. Well they probably were, it's just time passes so quickly that we soon forget how teeny those fingers and toes used to be. We take clay impressions from babies aged 2 weeks and over so now you can capture those precious prints forever. In years to come your child will love to measure their hands against their impressions and see how much they have grown.
Outprints: Capture your child's handprint or footprint with our new range of outprints. Finished in pewter, bronze or natural, these outprints show every tiny detail and make the perfect keepsake for parents and Grandparent.
Prints On Pottery: We offer a huge range of gorgeous ceramic items which can feature the handprints, footprints, fingerprints, kiss prints even paw prints of your loved ones. Not all of our range is on our website. We have just included a selection here for you to get an idea of what we do.
Jewellery: We have been making beautiful keepsake jewellery for several years but are currently working on our brand new website. We have borrowed a little space from Lollipops & Ladybirds for now to advertise our current range and enable you to continue placing your orders.

Facilities

Parking: The best place to park is the free car park which is attached to Cwmbran Village Surgery. There is also parking in the side street next to us and on Victoria Street a little further up the road from the studio where there are no double yellow lines.

We love being part of your celebrations. Lollipops & Ladybirds have been hosting birthday parties for over 10 years. Whilst this page is focused on children's birthdays, we also offer exclusive use of the studio for grown up birthdays, hen parties, baby showers, corporate team-building days, brownies, cubs & clubs so don't hesitate to get in touch and we can discuss a package to suit you.

Pottery Painting Price: Up to 10 children - £150. Please add £15 for every additional guest over 10. Please note that for after school parties, where the studio opens exclusively, we charge a minimum of 12 children. Don't worry if you have less than 12 children, we can host smaller groups, but the minimum we can charge is for 12.
Foam Clay Price: Up to 10 children - £150. Please add £15 for every additional guest over 10. Please note that for after school parties, where the studio opens exclusively, we charge a minimum of 12 children.
