Located on the B3297 about 1000 yards on the right hand side as you head towards Redruth from Wendron village. The car park is free to visitors purchasing a museum or mine tour ticket but otherwise a fixed charge will be applied, a ticket needs to be purchased immediately when parking.
By Road: Poldark Mine is situated two miles north of Helston and seven miles south of Redruth on the B3297 Helston to Redruth road.
By Bus:
- Service from Redruth Railway Station or Helston – 37 a regular service which stops 100 yards from Poldark in the hamlet of Trenear.
- Service from Truro or Helston – 82 which also stops in Trenear at the Poldark bus stop.

By Rail: Nearest railway station is Redruth station. The bus station is immediately outside the railway station. From the station take the Helston bus (37) to Trenear.
By Air: Its only 32 miles from Newquay Airport to Poldark around 45 minutes drive away through glorious Cornwall.
