Gym: Our recently refurbished gym offers a full range of cardiovascular, resistance and free weight training in a modern air-conditioned environment! Our fully qualified Fitness Instructors are on hand to help you get the most from your session. We can also provide a FREE 30-minute gym induction for adults however all juniors will have to complete an induction before they can use the gym.
Main Pool: Our modern accessible 25m pool caters for a range of sessions for everyone including Swim for Fitness, Swim for All, Swimming Lessons and Family Fun. We also have a designated Changing Places room and pool hoist for those who may need assistance.
Multi Functional Studios: We offer a superb range of fitness classes in our modern air-conditioned studios, ranging from Zumba, Core Conditioning and Step Aerobics to Group Cycle. All exercise to music classes are suitable for all abilities and designed for your enjoyment whilst benefitting your overall health and fitness requirements.
Sports Hall: Our sports hall offers a wide range of activities including Badminton, Tennis, Netball, Basketball and Pickleball. We are also able to offer bookings for sports clubs, schools, community groups and private hire on request.
Squash Courts: We have 2 wonderful squash courts available to book at our centre located in an airy open environment with seating for spectators. Whether you are simply looking to play regularly with your friends or as a club looking for a suitable venue, we can accommodate you.
Teaching Pool: Our superb Teaching Pool caters for a range of sessions including Swimming Lessons, Aqua-aerobics and Family Fun sessions. Our Teaching Pool is equipped with a moveable floor ranging from a depth of 0.5m to 1.6m.
3G Pitches: Workington has 3 fantastic 5-aside floodlit pitches available to hire. Whether you are part of a local club, community group, just playing for fun or want to organise a corporate/team building event, our 3G pitches would be an ideal location.
Climbing Wall: If you are looking for a new, fun and exciting activity to get to grips with, why not try our indoor climbing wall. Whether you are a novice or a climbing pro, visiting our climbing wall is a great way to get your adrenaline pumping!
