Music is a popular aspect of co-curricular school life, and they offer a wide variety of activities for all key stages and for all abilities and styles including:

Drama: Each year, Derby Grammar stages a whole-school production providing opportunities for all ages and abilities to get involved in a live dramatic performance, be it a pantomime, play or musical.

Lunch Time Clubs are the perfect opportunity for friends to get together to play, create and socialise during activities they enjoy. Admission Details

Admissions process is simple and easy to follow, and it all begins with an enquiry email to [email protected] or telephone call to 01332 523027. Take a look through this step-by-step guide to see what happens next:

  • Once you’ve had a chat with an admissions colleague who will gain an understanding of your needs and your situation as a family, they will recommend an initial visit to the school so you can tour beautiful grounds and can answer any questions that you might have at this stage. 
  • Your son or daughter will then be invited to complete an entrance assessment and produce a satisfactory report from their current school. The entrance assessment usually takes place in January, alongside the scholarship assessments. Dates may vary.
