Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra Girls School is an independent Islamic girls school, serving a culturally diverse community for kids aged 11 to 16. They provide a supportive and caring environment where students are inspired and motivated to realise their full potential.

Facilities

All classrooms are fitted with interactive technology and furniture that is conducive to learning. Dedicated ICT suite and Science Laboratory will allow learners to benefit from 21st century learning. The premises benefits from security features such CCTV, external floodlighting and gate access control system. The modest yard is used by learners to participate in PE classes and relax during breaks.

  • Art encourages self-expression and creativity and develops critical thinking. It can build pupils’ confidence and their sense of individual identity. It can also be an expressive tool to support the mental health and wellbeing of pupils.
  • Extra-curricular: various clubs, trips, workshops, careers day (fayre), international days, charitable activities and appeals and student led brunch clubs.
  • Cross-curricular: PSHEE, SMSC, British Values and safeguarding taught across the curriculum, cross-curricular trips, Ramadan and Hajj projects, poetry and creative writing competitions.

Selection Criteria: Selective

Admission Details

In order for the application to be processed, please complete the application form, enclose an application fee of £50, and include the following documents with the application form: 

  • Latest School Report
  • Latest Madrasah Report
  • Photocopy of birth certificate or valid passport

Assessment and interview:

  • The applicant and their parents/carers will be invited for interviews with the admissions team.
  • The applicant will be invited to sit examinations in Maths and English. 

The results of the examinations and the outcomes of the interviews with the applicant and her parents/carers will form part of the selection process.

Admission checks: School reports, review of prior attainment (if applicable) and  pre-admissions checks will be carried out.

Decision: Following a review of the application, the school will inform you of the outcome of your application in writing. 

Fees

Parents who enrol their children at Hazrat Khadijatul Kubra Girls School and Madrasah will need to pay a £50 NON-REFUNDABLE admission fee. An annual fee of £2400 is also due at enrolment. Sibling discounts apply.
