Arabic as a Modern Foreign Language
The aim of the course is to provide a framework for the development of different skills, knowledge and understanding in the Arabic language. It is designed to enable students to:Develop an understanding of the spoken and written forms of Arabic language in a range of context, Develop the ability to communicate effectively in the Arabic language, through both the spoken and written words , using a range of vocabulary and structures, Develop knowledge and understanding of grammar in the Arabic language, and ability to apply it, Apply their knowledge and understanding of countries and communities where the Arabic language is spoken, Develop positive attitudes to the Arabic language learning, Provide suitable foundation for further study and / or practical use of the Arabic foreign language

The English department seeks to provide an environment in which all students are encouraged to become independent in their thinking and the expression of their ideas. Students are expected to take responsibility for their own learning, as individuals and as part of a team.
Information Communication Technology (ICT)

Geography
At a glance, KS3 Geography focuses mainly on the basics of Human and Psychical Geography. It aims to provide students with an understanding of how the UK and Europe is made up of geographically, the understanding of how rivers and floods operate are given a lot emphasis at KS3 level, as well as; population, urban change, earthquakes and volcanoes. At KS4 Level, students learn about Psychical and Human Geography in much more detail.
Co-Curriculum
In addition to the formal curriculum, they offer a range of education and activities extending beyond the classroom, which compliment the formal curriculum. Pupils are encouraged to pursue their interests and develop new ones. The co-curricular provision prepares pupils to be independent and gain skills for life. Activities include: Debate, Drama, Calligraphy, Public Speaking, Reading Club, Sports, Trips, Tajweed & Qira’ah
