Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School is a forward thinking co-educational selective school set in the heart of the historic market town of Faversham. Facilities

Key Stage 3
All students in Year 7 and Year 8 study English Language and English Literature, Mathematics and Science, together with two languages (French, Spanish or German) Physical Education, PSHE & Citizenship and Religious Education. In Years 7 & 8 they additionally study Geography, History, Art, Music, Information and Communication Technology, Design Technology, Drama and Thinking Skills.

Key Stage 4
The curriculum students follow is very well matched to their particular needs and interests, providing a wealth of enrichment activities that promote students’ outstanding spiritual, moral, social and cultural development.The main aim at Queen Elizabeth’s is to produce confident and resilient students who are independent and reliable. We try to ensure that each student achieves their academic potential and has a positive plan for life beyond GCSEs.

Sixth Form
The sixth form is a strength of the school, with outstanding leadership and management. The needs of students are very well met through the broad range of subjects offered, the extensive opportunities to develop personal skills and the close care and support provided. Students talk with passion about the opportunities they have to develop confidence, self-esteem and leadership skills and they feel fully prepared for their next stage. Students appreciate the guidance provided by their mentors.

Clubs & Extra Curricular Activities
Homework support is after school in the B2 from 3:30 – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday.  All years are welcome and you can come as often as you like, once a week or every day.  There is a member of staff there to help you.There are many other clubs for the students to join, both lunchtimes and after school.
