Rossall School is a co-educational day and boarding school for children aged 0-18.
At Rossall academic and sporting development work in service of each other. Rossall’s Sports programme is led by a Director of Sport who oversees the development of all students.
They strive to be all encompassing, incorporating skills in: Photography, Graphic Communication, Ceramics, Textiles, Printmaking, Fine Art.
All students join Combined Cadet Force from Year 9 until the end of year 10, after which they may remain in the CCF until Year 13.
At Rossall they develop student’s understanding and skills across a number of specialisms, including: Product Design, Architecture, Design Technology.

NURSERY ADMISSIONS:
PRE-PREP & PREP SCHOOL ADMISSIONS: There is no formal assessment for entrance into Rossall Pre-Prep and Prep School. However, they do obtain references for all children from their previous school and parents should liaise with Admissions Team in regards to the timing of this request.
SENIOR SCHOOL ADMISSIONS: All pupils entering Year 7 and Year 9 will be required to sit the Rossall School Entrance Examination which comprises written tests in the following subjects:
SIXTH FORM ADMISSIONS: All candidates seeking entry to Rossall Sixth Form will be required to pass at least five GCSE/iGCSE subjects (Grades 5-9) (or equivalent qualifications from the student’s own country) as well as provide a satisfactory report from their current school.
INTERNATIONAL ADMISSIONS: International students will usually be required to complete an entry test in English, and may be asked to attend an interview which can be arranged via video call if preferred. Admissions team will be able to answer any questions you may have, and guide you through the process.
