SUP: Stand up paddle boarding is sweeping the worlds beaches. For those of you who are ready to join the new paddle boarding craze but aren’t sure where to start, you have come to the right place! Sailing: Dunmore East is traditionally known as an excellent place to ‘learn the ropes’ of Sailing. At Dunmore Adventure we hold the highest qualification in sail training, and offer sail training courses from complete beginner to professional level. Our courses are recognized by the Irish Sailing Association using the Small Boat Sailing Scheme.
Caving: Irelands only Artificial Caving System! Crawl, twist, squeeze and scramble your way through over 100 metres of aArtificial Caving fun! Inside you will find a network of tunnels that get you climbing, sliding and wriggling your way over and under obstacles.
Climbing: Everyone loves to climb and Dunmore Adventure is a fantastic place for you to enjoy going ‘up the walls’ with your family and friends! 8 Indoor Climbing Walls. We have a specially designed room with multiple climbs from easy to difficult, which will challenge all abilities.
