  • Party food & wine: Eastnor Castle dynamic and inspirational chefs, Clive and Emma Gawlick, love creating party menus & dishes that are delicious, locally sourced and beautiful to look at. They are creative, with many years of experience, and will work to create the perfect menu for your event. Delicious food, made with the best fresh local produce is served with excellent wines and bottled spring water.

Party Space:

  • The Great Hall: The Great Hall is a very versatile room and can hold up to 150 guests for a drinks reception or sit-down dinner. It is an extremely grand yet inviting room that ensures guests are made to feel very welcome with log fires, opulent furnishings and soft lighting.
  • The State Dining Room: The State Dining Room is used for dining and can seat up to 22 guests around the central dining table or up to 80 guests on individual round tables. It is a cosy, intimate room with great acoustics.
  • The Octagon Room: The Octagon Room is very bright with French windows that lead out onto the terraces overlooking the lake. It is a versatile space which can be used for reception drinks and then later for dancing.
  • The Gothic Drawing Room: The Gothic Drawing Room is a lavish room with doors leading out onto the terraces overlooking the lake. It can be used for reception drinks or as a lounge-area.

  • By Road: Eastnor lies between the Cotswolds and the Welsh Marches. The Castle is 2 1/2 miles east of Ledbury on the A438 Tewkesbury Road. Directions from London- Take M4 West. Exit M4 at junction 15 (Swindon). Follow A419/A417 to Cirencester and Gloucester (Dual Carriageway). Before Gloucester exit A417 onto M5 North (towards Birmingham) at junction 11A and continue as if from North or South. Directions from North or South- Exit M5 and junction 8 onto M50. Exit M50 at junction 2 and follow A417 to Ledbury. Follow the brown tourist signs (Eastnor Castle) via bypass and through Ledbury Town Centre onto A449 (signed Worcester and Malvern). After 1 mile turn right onto A438 (signed Tewkesbury and Eastnor). Entrance to Castle is after 1 mile on the right hand side.
  • By Train: Nearest train stations direct to Paddington: Ledbury 2 miles is 2.45hrs. Great Malvern 8 miles is 2.30hrs. Gloucester 19 miles is 1.50hrs.
