Fairfield Animal Centre: The Animal Park spans 15 acres of Southwick Country Park and provides a safe haven for a wide variety of wildlife. Over the past decade, the park has developed homes for numerous animals, including Alpacas, Donkeys, Emus, Goats, Sheep, Wallabies, Pigs, Rabbits, and Guinea Pigs. Some animals become very friendly when visitors bring feed, which is available for purchase on entry. The park also supports its charitable aim by providing work placements for young adults with learning difficulties, who assist staff in animal care and park management.
Play Areas: The centre features an Adventure Playground and additional play zones designed for younger visitors, offering fun and interactive experiences for children. Accessible swings and other inclusive equipment are available to ensure play opportunities for children of all abilities.
