  • Swithens Farm: Swithens Farm has a range of traditional farm animals, as well as some not-so-traditional animals, for visitors to see and interact with. Children, and adults alike, will enjoy seeing the pigs in the muck while getting involved with feeding and learning about the care and husbandry on a real working farm.
    • Visit the cows in the cow shed, then next door are the pigs, followed by a walk over to see the highlands or some of the bulls (depending on the time of year). Sheep, goats, donkeys, llamas, alpacas, and emus can be visited in the paddock area. Chickens, turkeys, and young chicks are also on display.
    • In the small animal barn, visitors can meet the meerkats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. During the spring and summer months, bottle-feeding sessions are available for lambs and calves.
    • Keep an eye out for the cheeky long-time friend Bilbo, likely to race visitors up the paddocks for a truly up-close and hands-on experience. A fun day for all the family.
    • Buy a tub of carrots for £1 to feed the animals while touring the farm. Tubs are recycled daily, and visitors are encouraged to place them in the marked bins.
    • Bottle Feeding: Bottle feeding is scheduled at different times throughout the year:
      • Lamb Feeding: February half term to the end of August at 11:00am, 1:30pm, and 3:00pm.
      • Calf Feeding: Available throughout the year at 12:00pm and 3:30pm.
  • Play Barn: The Play Barn offers indoor fun for children up to the age of 10. The Play Barn is a bright and colourful indoor play area with ball pools and climbing apparatus, providing a safe environment for children to run, slide, swing, and climb. Adults can relax on the sidelines with a cup of tea or a snack from the café. Sessions are limited to 1.5 hours, with times at 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, and 2:30pm.
