Meanwood Valley Urban Farm in Leeds is a 26-acre working farm and registered charity, offering a unique blend of community, environmental, and educational experiences.   • Seeing the Animals: The farm is home to sheep (and lambs in spring), cows, alpacas, rabbits, guinea pigs, and goats. Occasionally, pigs and donkeys are also present. For the welfare of the animals and the land, animals are moved around the farm. Visitors can ask at Reception for a map showing where the animals are located on the day of their visit.
  • Animals: For the past 40 years, one of the main features of Meanwood Valley Urban Farm has been its animals. The farm maintains the feel of a traditional working farm while promoting conservation and high welfare standards.

  • Have rooms available for hire for events, parties. A nature haven only 2 miles from Leeds city centre, the farm is an inspiring space to work, learn and grow and are proud to offer the space out to organisations in the city.
  • Birthday parties (in downstairs EpiCentre room): £50 for 2 hours

  • Catering: If you require catering we ask that you use the on-site cafe ‘Barn Coffee Shop’. Please contact them on 0113 2625048.
