  • The House: From the Front Hall with its legacy to the 3rd Earls love of horses, the Victorian Library furnished with over 3,000 books, the unique Gobelin tapestries to the lofty Dining room which houses one of the most important collections of Van Dyck portraits – the House is open on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays throughout the summer months.
  • The Gardens: Enjoy woodland walks, soaking up the fresh air, taking in breath taking views and strolling through the gardens that surround the House. We have a wide range of gardens on the estate – Temple Wood (Capability Brown pleasure ground), Shrewsbury Walk (another Capability Brown pleasure ground to the west of the House), The Rose Garden, Lady Anne’s Memorial Garden, Italian Gardens and the Formal Gardens.
  • Family Tours: As you wander through the magnificent rooms of this stately home, you’ll uncover fascinating stories of the people who lived here, from lords and ladies and their children. Keep your eyes peeled for hidden treasures, and learn of stories from the past. With secret doors and dazzling chandeliers, there’s an adventure waiting around every corner.
  • Begin Off Road: Begin Off Road, an exciting new electric dirt bike experience, has made its home at Weston Park giving adults and children an off road journey for all to enjoy. Our 1,000 acres of wonderful lends itself perfectly to the thrills of riding a dirt bike from the the jungle like woodlands of the Newport Plantation, climbing the Knoll for incredible views out over Capability Brown’s parkland, weaving through Cow Hey Wood and deep into the Quarry to splashing through the iconic watersplash and out on the road ways.
  • The Rose Paterson Gallery: Originally built in 1767, the Art Gallery was unused for many years before becoming the subject of a total and most sympathetic restoration, thanks to support from the Heritage Lottery Fund. Now set beneath a splendidly characterful old beamed roof, you’ll find the Art Gallery in the building that houses the Granary Restaurant and here you’ll discover monthly selling exhibitions by acclaimed artists from the UK and beyond, along with items on loan to the gallery from private collections.
  • Woodland Adventure Playground: Fly through the trees on the zipwire, zoom down the slide or reach for the sky on our trampolines, there is so much fun to be had in our Woodland Adventure Playground down in Temple Wood.
  • Wellbeing Walks: Why not explore our 1,000 acres of wonderful further and enjoy one of our Wellbeing Walks? Get out in the fresh air, spot the deer and see the sights around the Park.
  • The Miniature Railway: The Miniature Railway chugs its way through Temple Wood taking riders on a 12 minute ride taking in beautiful lakeside views and wildlife.
