Swimming: We have sessions for all abilities from lane swimming to aquafit - scroll down to search our swim timetables. In addition, at 3 of our pools, we offer sauna and steam rooms. We want swimming to be available to all; our larger pools are equipped with hoists to allow users of all abilities to swim.
Sauna & Steam Rooms: You can access our sauna and steam room sessions at Xcite Whitburn. Sessions are 1-hour long. The warm environment can be beneficial for most people, but especially those who may experience sore muscles, joints and arthritis. It may also help to reduce stress levels.
Gym: Our professional gym team will discuss what your goals and aspirations are and provide you with a bespoke programme, tailored to your level of experience. Whether you want to lose weight, train for an event or simply struggle with the commitment of a long-term exercise programme, Xcite personal training could be the answer!
Fitness Classes: Whether you prefer face-to-face classes led by our Xcite team or our virtual classes that are broadcast on a big screen in our fitness studios by the Les Mills team, we'll have the fitness class for you.

Toys and Floats Pool Parties: Have exclusive use of a section of the pool for an hour splashing about with toys, ﬂoats, and water games! This is followed by an half an hour in our party area for your food. Price - £160.00.
Pool Inflatable Parties: Have exclusive use of a section of the pool for an hour running, jumping, and climbing with our aqua inﬂatables! This is followed by an half an hour in our party area for your food. Price - £250.00.
