Hexagon Care Services offers national coverage, with over 50 residential children’s homes and schools, and contracts with numerous local authorities across England. In 2014, Hexagon Care Services registered and took over the management of a number of long-established children’s homes.
Residential: They offer services from solo provision through to six bedded homes, either single or mixed gender, for young people aged 11 to 17.
Therapy: Hexagon Care Specialist Therapeutic Services are an established provider of specialist residential care, education and therapy to children and young people who present with histories and behaviours which require long term interventions to address.
Crisis Intervention: Innovative Crisis Intervention Service provides immediate and short term solutions for Local Authorities struggling to find accommodation for the most challenging and vulnerable young people.
Education: Their ten independent schools educate boys and girls between 11 and 18. Ranked as ‘high quality’ and ‘outstanding’, the schools teach many pupils with a range of complex needs, who have struggled in previous education placements. Each school has a dedicated Headteacher, supported by qualified teachers and teaching assistants. They have the skills and experience needed to handle the most challenging behaviour and to meet the individual learning needs of each young person, including those with cognitive difficulties.
Adult Services: Their adult registered provisions are set up to meet the needs of men who have learning difficulties and often have previously lived in one of the children’s residential care homes. 18+ adult services are all about reintegration. They aim to reintroduce these men into the local area, supporting and supervising them so they can live the best possible life.
Autistic Spectrum Disorder Services: Hexagon Care provide care and support in specialist homes for 8-18 year olds diagnosed with and in the assessment phase of autism.
